May Christ's teachings find their home in our hearts as we teach and help each other. Spirit of Christ, please fill our hearts with joyful songs of gratitude and cause us to recall with clarity Your words.

Monday, May 1

Continue to pray for the case against pilot Ryan Koher in Mozambique to be completely dropped. Pray the same thing for the two South African men. Pray for healing from the lengthy ordeal and for freedom to fly and serve again. New updates will be posted at maf.org/press

Tuesday, May 2

Praise God for the dedication of four new translations of the New Testament in the northeastern region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, representing over 25 years of work. Pray for those beginning work on the Old Testament translations for the Komo, Omiti, Budu-Koya and Budu-Nita people.

Wednesday, May 3

This is the day that MAF teams around the world will pause from flying and pray for each other and their countries of service. Pray for uninterrupted and meaningful times of prayer and worship that will unify in Jesus' name.

Pray for the worldwide ministry of MAF and specifically the ministry in Kalimantan as they navigate changes and challenges in ministry there.

Pictured is our son, Michael Whiting, along with Dayak villagers from a remote area of Kalimantan where Larry and I served for twenty years.

Friday, May 5

Lift up Jonathan and Cindee Raney <https://maf.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=b8d8cac0789cabc74dee99dd1&id=74f43f2e60&e=2f39e26182> , a pilot/mechanic family who served in Kalimantan, Papua, and Java, Indonesia, for many years. Currently, Jonathan serves as the MAF vice president of Safety and Quality and Cindee is the administrative assistant for two departmentsWaypoints and Base Ops. Pray for God's wisdom and perseverance as they continue to serve Christ wholeheartedly.

Saturday, May 6

Pray for Brian and Pam Behal as they prepare to lead a group of six interns who are heading to Ecuador later this month. Pray that the group's time in Ecuador will be productive and instrumental in future missions involvement.
